Every session is one-to-one with a certified female senior trainer, in a private training room. You work with the same coach each week, in a calm, fully private space — for many of our members, the reason they finally enjoy training. Female-only training rooms are available at both studios on request.
Strength training for women, done properly
Strength training has spent two decades being marketed to women in the wrong way. We programme it the way the science supports: resistance training for bone density, lean muscle, metabolic health and the strength to stay capable for decades — not quick fixes. It is the single most valuable thing most women past 35 can do for their long-term health.

Are your trainers female?
Yes — we have certified female senior trainers and offer female-only training rooms at both studios on request, so you can train entirely with women if you prefer.

Yes. It is one of the most important things for bone density, lean muscle and long-term health. We programme it specifically for women training for the decades ahead.
