Is this a membership gym?
No. Terra Hale is a boutique personal training studio — we focus on results, not monthly memberships. There are no joining fees and no lock-in.
How does it work and how do I start?
Every client begins with a free 20-minute Discovery Call. If we are a good fit, you will be invited to a Discovery & Assessment session at the studio (£150, fully credited against your first training block) — movement screening, body composition, goal mapping and an outline of your first programme.
How much does personal training cost?
Programmes are bespoke and priced to your goals, schedule and starting point, so we quote after your Discovery & Assessment. The Discovery & Assessment is £150 and is fully credited against your first training block.
Can I try a session before I commit?
We operate by appointment and application only, so we do not offer drop-in trials. The free 20-minute Discovery Call and the studio Discovery & Assessment let you experience how we work first.
Do I need to live near Chelsea or Notting Hill?
No. Our studios are in Chelsea and Notting Hill, but we welcome clients from across London.
What makes Terra Hale eco-friendly?
We are London’s first eco-friendly, human-powered gym: human-powered equipment, recycled and toxin-free interiors and clean air, across both studios.
Are female-only sessions available?
Yes. We have private rooms exclusively for women and certified female trainers, so you can train in a calm, private space.
Is nutrition included?
Yes. Nutrition and lifestyle coaching are tailored to you and built into your programme.
Is recovery included?
Yes. Sauna and ice-bath contrast recovery is built into every training block, coached around your sessions.
Do you do body transformations?
Yes. Our Notting Hill studio specialises in complete body transformations, coached for the long term so results last.
