Private one-to-one personal training for people in their 50s, 60s and 70s, in Notting Hill and Kensington & Chelsea. Get stronger, move better and stay independent for decades, coached by a senior trainer in a private studio, with sauna and ice bath included.
Why strength matters more after 50
From middle age we lose muscle and strength every year unless we do something about it, and bone density follows. It happens quietly. Then one day the stairs feel steeper, a suitcase feels heavier, a fall takes longer to recover from. Strength training is the most reliable way to slow that down and, for many people, to reverse a good part of it. It is never too late to start, and the people who start in their 50s and 60s often see the biggest change.
That is what we mean by longevity training. Not a fad or a supplement stack. Building the strength, muscle, balance and fitness that let you keep doing what you love, for as long as possible.
How we train you
- We start with an assessment. Your Discovery Session covers a strength and movement screen, body composition, your history and your goals, and ends with a 12-week plan.
- Strength first. Progressive, coached strength work for legs, hips, back and grip, the things that keep you capable and independent.
- Balance and power. Simple drills that keep you quick on your feet and reduce the risk of falls.
- Mobility and joints. We train around stiff backs, knees, hips and shoulders, and build them up rather than avoid them.
- Heart and lungs. Conditioning that fits your fitness today and grows with you.
- Recovery built in. Sauna and ice bath sessions are part of your plan, not an extra.
Private, calm and safe
There is no open gym floor, no queue for equipment and no music you did not choose. Every session is one-to-one with the same senior trainer, in a private room. We take your medical history seriously and work around old injuries, operations and conditions. If anything needs a doctor’s sign-off first, we will tell you, and we can work alongside your physio or GP. Female trainers and women-only rooms are available on request.
Made for a busy diary
Our clients run companies, travel a lot and look after families. Studios open from 5am on weekdays and sessions are booked around your week. If you are abroad for long stretches, online training keeps you on track.

Common questions
Am I too old to start strength training?
No. Many of our clients started in their 50s and 60s. We begin where you are and build up gradually. Starting later usually means faster early progress, not slower.
I have never lifted weights. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Your trainer teaches every movement from scratch and stays with you for the whole session. You will never be left to work it out on your own.
I have a bad back, knee or shoulder. Can I still train?
Usually, yes. Many of our clients arrive with something. We assess it in your Discovery Session, adapt the programme around it and, where it makes sense, strengthen the area so it bothers you less.
Are the sauna and ice bath safe for me?
For most people, yes, and we start gently. If you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or are on medication that affects them, check with your doctor first and tell us. We will adjust or leave it out.
How do I start?
