Two studios.

Both within two miles of Knightsbridge, Holland Park, Kensington, and Bayswater.

Our Notting Hill studio sits at the W11/W2 boundary, three minutes from Notting Hill Gate station. Designed as a series of private training rooms, no open gym floor, with full strength equipment, contrast recovery (sauna and ice bath), and on-site body composition assessment.

Getting there

Three minutes from Notting Hill Gate (Central, Circle, District). Five minutes from Holland Park (Central). Within two miles of W2, W8, W10, W14.

Our Chelsea studio is on Old Brompton Road, on the SW5/SW10 boundary, close to Earl’s Court and South Kensington. Same private-room model as Notting Hill, with strength training, contrast recovery, and body composition all under one roof.
